Our roll cutter machine specially indicated for wide-format markets such as geotextiles is the solution for this format and business, because of the market needs for wider machines to cut the most complicated rolls.
The cradle rollers ensure an easy and safe handling process, without needing to introduce the roll inside a shaft or mandrel. The roll should simply be handled at any place, as there are two inox panels which avoid the axial movement of the roll during the cut and can be opened 360º for cutting wider rolls if needed.
The operator just presses a button from the control panel and the whole cutting head unlocks and moves to the roll edge. When the worker removes the finger from the button, the cutting head locks automatically and is ready for cutting, no need to screw and unscrew every time.
We have developed an efficient process for customers all over the world: the HMI screen gives the possibility to set up different kinds of materials with all the settings for each one, the worker only chooses the right material from a list and all the values load automatically. This system optimizes the job, is quicker and avoids cutting errors from workers.
The roll slitting machine allows to cut damaged inner cores without any problem, avoiding shaft machines with mandrels for 5-meter rolls. No need to reroll fabrics before using the machine, any core cardboard size can be cut.
