TOP30 roll cutter was developed to slit reliably and accurately nonwovens, fiberglass, polyester fabrics and canvas for the printing industry and suppliers of dye sublimation fabric, including 100% polyester, printable apparel fabrics, contemporary apparel, light boxes and banners.
Our roll slitting machine allows to cut damaged inner cores without any problem, no need to reroll fabrics before using the machine, any cardboard core size can be cut. As heavy rolls are designed to be loaded onto the cradle, it avoids problems of damaged cores.
The TOP30 has been developed for processing any kind of materials in rolls, the blade cuts through the material and core in just a few seconds. The roll is placed easily onto the rollers holding the roll, so this process allows the worker to handle the process in a safe and easy way.
Our roll slitting machine is specially designed for cutting digital media rolls such as: PVC banners, polyester fabrics, vinyl, and also raw materials like fiberglass and carbon fiber, carpets, felts, or textiles. Rubber market is one of our main sectors nowadays, making EPDM rolls which need to be slit in different widths. Bitumen and asphaltic roll manufacturers need to slit the rolls for their suppliers as well.
The fully automatic blade sharpener sharpens both sides of the blade, which keeps it always ready to cut. When the blade is not cutting because of the usage, there is no need to replace it – the sharpener button needs to be pressed 10” from the control panel and the blade is ready to work again.
An adjustable blade lubrication system is assembled to keep the blade cool during the cut – this 0ºC system avoids that the blade heats up during the cutting process.
Digital counter to see cutting width sizes, with an option to set 0 point, the machine stops automatically at the programmed size.
